At 91ÖÆƬ³§, the process for approving an application for operating a food truck, game truck, obstacle course, or bringing animals to 91ÖÆƬ³§ premises typically involves several key steps. This is to ensure that 91ÖÆƬ³§ complies with local regulations, safety standards, and community expectations.

Application Process

  • Complete the Application and Attach Supporting Documents: Fill out the form linked below and attach the required documents such as permits, site plans, insurance certificates, and any other relevant documentation indicated below.
    • Operators must submit the application along with all required documentation at least 30 days before the event date.
    • If 91ÖÆƬ³§ will pay you directly for your goods/services or you will be part of a fundraiser or commission sales, you must first register with the 91ÖÆƬ³§ Purchasing Department.

Food Trucks

  • Last food safety inspection report

Game Trucks

Required Documents and Considerations
  • General Liability Insurance coverage
  • Auto Insurance coverage
  • Download and attach the 91ÖÆƬ³§ Parking Lot Use Agreement for Game Trucks, Animal Events and Obstacle Courses
  • Download and attach the for the company owner/representative and each individual personnel member
  • The animals are healthy, vaccinated, and free of diseases.
  • Animals’ behavior to be managed to prevent injuries or accidents.
  • Procedures in place for cleaning up after the animals.
  • You are responsible for the animals during the time on school premises.

Obstacle Courses

  • The contingency plans you have for inclement weather
  • Must be registered with the as an amusement ride (continuous air-flow inflatable rides or devices).
  • FYI - We do not allow "bounce houses" on 91ÖÆƬ³§ property.

  • Timeline: Start the application process well in advance, at least 30 days before the event date. Some applications can take several days/weeks to be processed.
  • Background Checks: 91ÖÆƬ³§ may perform background checks as necessary or required prior to the event and on-site at the time of the event (Raptor System).
  • Community Impact: Be mindful of the event’s impact on the local community, including noise, traffic, security, safety, and environmental effects.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure robust plans are in place to address potential safety and security concerns.
