- Operators must submit the application along with all required documentation at least 30 days before the event date.
- If 91ÖÆƬ³§ will pay you directly for your goods/services or you will be part of a fundraiser or commission sales, you must first register with the 91ÖÆƬ³§ Purchasing Department.
