Title I Family Engagement
The Every Student Succeeds Act recognizes the importance of the participation of families in education to help children achieve. Title I funds aim to ensure that all children have the opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at minimum, proficiency on challenging State academic assessments. Title I funds are used for various activities and programs that go above and beyond to ensure that schools meet the challenge of rigorous curricula for all students.
Each campus that receives Title I funds develops a campus policy and compact. As a district, with the help of families, we create a Title I Family Engagement policy. These policies guide the opportunities for us to work together.
Title I Family Engagement Policies
Find individual Campus Family Engagement policies and School-Parent-Student Compacts on your school's website.
