Dear Parents, Students and Staff:

Just a final reminder about exams… On exam days, students should bring only what they will need. We encourage them not to bring bulky items or backpacks on these shortened school days. The exam schedule is below:

Final Exams Schedule:

Thursday, December 19th, “A†Day

7:35 – 8:30 1st period

8:36 – 9:31 2nd period

9:37 – 10:32 3rd period

10:40 – 11:35 4th period

Friday, December 20th, “B†Day

7:35 – 8:30 7th period

8:36 – 9:31 8th period

9:37 – 10:32 9th period

10:40 – 11:35 10th period

Juniors and seniors who are exempt from their final exams must attend all classes.

Students who miss their finals and have an excused absence will test after the holiday. Teachers will arrange a time for the make-up exam to occur. No finals can be given early.

Students will have early release at 11:35 on both exam days. High school students should not go onto any other school campus on test days. The student holiday extends from Saturday, December 21st through Tuesday, January 7th.

Monday, January 6th – TEACHER WORK/PREP DAY

Tuesday, January 7th – Staff Professional Development Day

Wednesday, January 8th – Students first day of second semester (A DAY)

Our building will be closed over the holiday due to renovations occurring throughout the building. Once again, have a wonderful holiday. Safe travels and happy reunions with family and friends.
