Martin Culinary Students cook with Aziz Kobty
We鈥檙e coming to you live with Anita Foster from a busy culinary classroom at as the students are preparing the latest By Students 4 Students dishes under the guidance of 91制片厂 executive director of food and nutrition services David Lewis. In addition to the dishes, we have owner and Martin graduate Aziz Kotby preparing squash and Brussels sprouts dishes as we push for healthier menu items. Maggie Mullen, who is a TCU student and intern with the district, is also talking about the benefits of veggies in your diet. We even have some proof of how great Brussels sprouts taste.
