A Night at Hogwarts: The Music of Harry Potter

Witches, wizards, and muggles, throw on your robes and hop aboard the Hogwarts Express for a magical evening as the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra brings the enchanting world of Harry Potter to life! Journey through unforgettable musical moments from the films that have cast a spell over generations. From the soaring strings of 鈥淗edwig鈥檚 Theme鈥 to the thrilling 鈥淣imbus 2000,鈥 and the majestic beauty of 鈥淔awkes the Phoenix,鈥 this concert will transport you straight to the wizarding world.

The symphony will transfigure the 91制片厂 Center for Visual and Performing Arts into the Great Hall of Hogwarts, where music and magic combine for a spellbinding night. Don your house colors, grab your wands, and prepare for a symphony of sorcery that promises excitement, wonder, and bravery in the face of dark forces!

Cloaks, wands, and other wizard-wear is encouraged for this magical music journey!

Mozart鈥檚 Clarinet Concerto and Symphony No. 39

In this not-to-be-missed program, the FWSO鈥檚 own Principal Clarinetist Stas Chernyshev steps to the front of the stage for Mozart鈥檚 sublime clarinet concerto, a work of utter elegance and refinement written for a fellow freemason. An all-Mozart affair, the performance also includes the madcap Overture to聽The Marriage of Figaro聽and the Symphony No. 39, which opens with one of the grandest fanfares in the canon before launching into a grand, courtly affair that has captivated the ear for more than 200 years.
