Project Status: In Closeout

Barnett's bond work is being done in two stages: track construction and then lifecycle and deficiency work. Construction of the first stage, the new four-lane track, is substantially complete.

The lifecycle and deficiency scope is now in the closeout phase. Roofing work is now complete, along with concrete paving, and water fountains were replaced. Chillers, boilers, HVAC controls and fiber cables were replaced and the stage curtain has been replaced. Other scope included ADA parking and landscaping improvements.
